"We were a party of 8 and enjoyed our stay at the cottage Although we had snow in April, it was a nice clean place with everything we needed.. A good cold night for the hot tub and fireplace. Pretty drive around Cooks Forest and Clear Creek State Park even if it was too cold and snowy to hike much. It would have been even better if we could have spent time on the screened in porch or patio."

| 'Nice Area'

"This property is very nice and the cottage is very clean. It was nicer than expected, the pictures don't do the property or cottage justice. Ginny was very nice and answered any questions we had. We ate at Iron Mountain Grille just up the road from the cottage. The food was great and the prices were cheap! Very nice atmosphere. We went to bear town rocks, and just drove around to explore the area and wildlife. Everyday deer and turkeys came by the cottage. The dogs LOVED the river. We plan to come here again, and possibly make a visit to the cottage an annual tradition."

| 'Beautiful property, and cottage!'

"Have been going to Cooks Forest for a long weekend for many years. Always hated that I had to drag EVERYTHING...Clear Creek Cottage had everything we needed...we were impressed (and a couple of us border on being uppity) Also loved that this cottage afforded so much privacy for everyone if we wanted some. So many nice touches that made our trip easier and more enjoyable. Well Done Ginny...we will be back!"
